Program Overview
SHIBLI is offering a six-week Summer Internship Program for 3rd-year students.
This program is a structured learning and development initiative designed to provide students with practical industry exposure, hands-on experience, and professional mentorship in a real-world work environment. The program aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by engaging interns in meaningful projects across various departments.
Participants are provided opportunities to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills while working alongside experienced professionals. The program also serves as a talent pipeline for identifying high-potential individuals for future employment opportunities within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Technical Support: Assist engineering teams in the design, testing, and assembly of electronic and mechanical sub-systems.
• Project Coordination: Support management workflows in operations, supply chain, or human resources to ensure project timelines are met.
• Data & Documentation: Maintain technical logs, assist in data visualization, and contribute to departmental reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside senior engineers and managers to solve complex manufacturing and operational challenges.

Required Qualifications / Skills
• Education: Currently enrolled in the 3rd Year of a Bachelor’s degree in:
o Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields.
o Management: Business Administration, HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain.
• Technical Literacy: A strong grasp of core academic concepts within your chosen field (e.g., Engineering fundamentals or Management principles).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot problems and process technical information efficiently.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for internal reporting and team collaboration.

Preferred / Added Knowledge
• Interest in industrial development and high-tech manufacturing.
• Familiarity with design software (for Engineers) or data analysis tools (for Management).
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-precision work environment.

Additional Requirements
• On-site Availability: Ability to work full-time at the Islamabad office and manufacturing facility (no remote options).
• Proactive Mindset: A strong desire to learn and take initiative on assigned tasks.
• Professional Conduct: Adherence to company’s safety and operational protocols at the manufacturing site.
• Stipend: A fixed stipend of PKR 50,000 will be awarded upon the successful completion of the six-week program.
