Role Summary
SHIBLI is looking for a proactive, confident, and creative Associate Brand & Communications Executive to support the company’s day-to-day brand, design, and communication needs.
This is not a design-only role. We are looking for someone with a doer mindset — a resource who can take initiative, communicate confidently, execute with ownership, and support both social media and graphic design requirements while contributing to broader marketing and communications tasks.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, quick to adapt, professionally confident, and capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment without waiting for step-by-step instruction on every task.
Key Responsibilities
• Design day-to-day visual content for SHIBLI’s social media platforms, including posts, carousels, stories, banners, and campaign creatives
• Support the posting and coordination of content across relevant social media channels
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across digital and print communication materials
• Create marketing and corporate design assets including presentations, brochures, event materials, internal communication creatives, and branded collateral
• Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications team on content calendars, campaign requirements, employer branding initiatives, and communication activities
• Translate briefs and rough ideas into polished visual outputs with clarity and initiative
• Resize, adapt, and repurpose content for different formats and platforms
• Assist with content formatting, caption support, basic communication drafting, and overall visual presentation quality
• Manage multiple assignments with professionalism and timely follow-through
• Take feedback positively and incorporate revisions efficiently
• Support evolving MarCom initiatives including digital brand presence, employer branding, internal communication support, and campaign execution

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Business, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in social media, branding, design, marketing communications, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong design sense with the ability to create clean, professional, and engaging visuals
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Ability to manage tasks independently and respond with maturity in a professional workplace
Technical Skills Required
• Strong command of Canva
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media posting workflows and digital content formatting
• Basic video editing, reel formatting, or motion content handling will be considered a plus
• Strong sense of typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding consistency
