Role Purpose:
The Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand will be responsible for creating visually compelling, brand-aligned designs across digital and print platforms. The role supports marketing campaigns, social media presence, and internal communication needs while ensuring consistency, speed, and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Marketing Creatives
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, ads, and campaign visuals across platforms.
- Translate marketing briefs into effective visual concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Adapt creatives for multiple formats and resolutions while maintaining brand consistency.
2. Brand Assets & Visual Identity
- Create, manage, and continuously refine brand-aligned templates, layouts, and design systems.
- Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
- Maintain an organised library of brand assets for easy reuse and scalability.
3. Design Support (Digital & Print)
- Design presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and other print creatives as required.
- Develop digital marketing collateral such as email headers, landing page visuals, and info-graphics.
- Support internal teams with visual content for corporate communications when needed.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs, objectives, and timelines.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage revisions without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
5. Turnaround & Quality Management
- Deliver high-quality design work within tight timelines and fast-paced environments.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactively suggest design improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Tools
Design Tools (Mandatory)
- Canva: Strong command for rapid creation of social media and marketing creatives.
- Figma: Proficiency in layouts, design systems, collaboration, and version control.
- Adobe Creative Suite:
- Illustrator (Must)
- Photoshop (Must)
- Premiere Pro (basic video editing / reels support)
Design & Professional Skills
- Strong visual design sense with an eye for typography, colour, and layout.
- Ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback handling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, Mass communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or digital design roles.
- Portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, brand assets, and marketing campaigns.
