We are looking for a Product Engineer / Hardware Engineer / System Engineer with a good foundation in hardware systems, strong client-facing experience, and an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in product development, system engineering, electronics, testing, or support roles, and be confident in interacting directly with customers to support product integration, troubleshooting, and deployment. This role requires both technical depth and communication skills, as you’ll serve as a bridge between customers, engineering, and sales. Good problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
- Analyze and resolve hardware/software issues during field trials or deployments.
- Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies to perform diagnostics and validation.
- Ensure the product functions optimally in real-world environments.
Client Interaction & Sales Collaboration:
- Engage directly with clients to understand their technical needs and use cases.
- Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluation trials.
- Help drive product adoption by clearly explaining technical value propositions.
- Communicate product capabilities and limitations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Product Deployment & Post-Sales Support:
- Assist clients with product installation, configuration, and successful integration.
- Provide on-site training and create supporting documentation (user manuals, guides, FAQs).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with engineering and design teams to relay customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
- Participate in internal reviews to help enhance product quality and functionality.
Travel:
- Willing to travel up to 50–70% (within Pakistan and internationally) for client visits, product trials, and technical support.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Computer, Telecom, IT, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferred 2+ years of industry experience in electronic hardware design, testing, field support, or product integration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Track record of customer-facing technical roles, especially involving direct client interaction and collaboration with sales or business development teams.
- Plus: Experience supporting the full product lifecycle from initial trials to final deployment.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong hands-on skills with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and automated test systems.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software integration issues in real-time field environments.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, PCB testing, and system-level troubleshooting.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with sales teams, relay technical value to clients, and contribute to pre-sales activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
