Online Application
Once you’ve found a position that interests you on job opportunities page, you will need to submit your online application, including your latest CV/resume. The advertised job description will include all relevant information for you to decide whether you could be a best fit for the role. Only apply for positions which are relevant to your interest, background and prior experience to increase your chances of getting hired.
Shortlisting
Our recruitment team carefully reviews all applications and shortlists candidates for the next phase, based on an appropriate match of skills, knowledge and experience in line with the job requirements.
Selection
Our selection process consists of a series of job-related & competencies assessments. These will vary depending on the position you have applied for and will be followed by in-person panel interviews to get to know more about yourself and your strengths, and for you to get to know more about us. Candidates who successfully demonstrate their skills and abilities and are best fit for the role are extended offer letters.

1. STUDENTS:
We believe we have a part to play in developing our society and to this end we have designed an internship program which help aspiring students from various engineering and business disciplines to get firsthand knowledge and skills necessary for their development.
Internship Program
Our internship program starts in summers break every year and we induct graduating students from engineering and business discipline for a well-structured 03-month internship program. Our recruitment team shares internship opportunity with your local university career/industry liaison offices and candidates are selected based on their projects and interests.

2. GRADUATES:
SHIBLI Leadership Program is a flagship career pathway for next generation of great thinkers who can guide our business forward, today and tomorrow.
The goal of SHIBLI Leadership program is to find, recruit, train and develop future leaders for the company who will be our business steering wheel in days to come. We are looking for brightest and best minds who can show us they have the technical and commercial potential to lead our business tomorrow.
SHIBLI Leadership Program
The leadership program is a six-month training and development program in which engineering and business graduates are hired as trainee engineer/ management trainee initially.
Through out the six months journey they are placed in various business critical departments and functions and their performance is measured throughout the training period. After successful completion of training, trainees are offered regular positions in various engineering/business departments based on their aptitude and skillset.
Our recruitment team visit top universities to conduct in-campus recruitment drives to find potential leaders for our leadership program. Your university career office/ industry liaison office will announce schedule to students when it’s happening.
