The AM – Communication and Creative Services is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies and managing creative projects to enhance the company’s brand presence. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create compelling content and campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of high-quality creative assets (digital, print, video, etc.) to support marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Manage the creative work (graphic designs, videography, content ) and coordinate with external creative agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all creative outputs to maintain visual and messaging consistency.
  • Oversee the development of branding materials, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Generate ideas for innovative marketing strategies and creative concepts to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop, execute, and manage internal and external communication strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Marketing, Sales, HR, etc.) to deliver communication that supports business objectives.
  • Draft, review, and edit press releases, newsletters, announcements, and other content to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate with media, PR agencies, and other external partners for publicity and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure clear, concise, and consistent communication with internal teams, fostering an effective flow of information.
  • Plan and execute creative and communication projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage budgets for communication and creative projects, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Develop and manage content for the company’s social media channels and website.
    Monitor and analyze social media engagement, recommending and implementing strategies to improve performance.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure communication and creative needs are met.
  • Act as a point of contact for external creative vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables align with the company’s objectives.

    Required Qualifications:
    – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
    – 3-4 years of experience in communication, marketing, or creative services roles.
    – Proven experience managing creative projects from inception to completion.
    – Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    – Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or freelancers.
    – Proficiency in digital tools, including social media platforms, CMS, and project management software.
    – Proficiency in design software e.g., Adobe Creative Suite.
    Skills & Competencies:
    – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    – Strong organizational and project management skills.
    – Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    – Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
